The terms that apply when you use this website. Effective September 17, 2026.
These terms cover your use of davielsautotulsa.com, the website of Daviel's LLC Paint, Body & Collision in Tulsa, Oklahoma ("Daviel's," "we," "us"). By browsing this site or sending us a message through it, you agree to these terms. They do not cover the separate repair agreement you sign with us at the shop, which governs the actual work on your vehicle.
This site is here to give you information about our shop and services and to make it easy to reach us. You may browse it and use the contact form for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of getting a repair estimate. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping the content for resale, no attempting to break into it, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Nothing on this site is a binding price quote. An estimate written from photos, a phone call, or a walk-in look at the car is our best assessment at that point, but the final price can change once a technician opens the panel up and sees what is actually underneath, or once an insurance adjuster reviews the claim. We will always tell you about a change before we do the extra work.
If you have an insurance claim, the decision to approve coverage, and the amount approved, belongs to your insurer and adjuster, not to us. We advocate for you and document the damage, but we cannot guarantee what an insurance company will pay.
Snap Finance, linked from our financing page, is an independent lender. Approval, terms, and payment schedules are entirely Snap's decision. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for it.
This website does not process payments. The card brand marks shown on the site indicate what we accept at the shop, in person, when you pick up your vehicle. We also accept cash, and Snap Finance covers approved financing.
This site links to services we do not operate, including Facebook, Snap Finance, and the FormSubmit.co service that delivers our contact form. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site we link to, and linking to it is not an endorsement of everything on it.
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Daviel's LLC unless noted otherwise, and are here so you can learn about the shop, not for reuse elsewhere. Please ask before reproducing them.
We keep this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but it is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at every moment. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them is handled in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
